Hip Hop in its almost fifty years of history has served to shape the society of the new century, influencing fashion, visual art, and popular culture.
You will learn to dance the urban dance style of both the Old School and the New Style. Hip hop dance, or also known as New Style (from New York) was born in the 80s. It is a dance style that is danced mostly with rap music. His movements were popularized in video clips with artists like MC Hammer.
It was the typical dance of New York clubs, mixing movements with roots in the old school with steps called “party step”, which as the name indicates, developed and evolved in party contexts. Today this dance is expressed both in the form of choreography and freestyle (improvisation).
The bounce is the main movement of this style, referring to the way in which the dancers follow the rhythm of the song with their body, with a very characteristic swing of this dance. You will learn cool steps and choreographies of some of the most famous choreographers in the world.
Join our Zumba course and get in shape, learn how to dance and at the same time have fun. Zumba is a Latino dance-inspired fitness program created by the famous Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves a combination of dance elements and aerobic elements. The Zumba choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, mambo, martial arts, and even Bollywood and belly dancing. Also included are squat and stretching exercises.
After success in the US, Zumba quickly spread around the world, so that in July 2009 the dance-fitness program was taught by 30,000 authorized instructors in 40,000 locations in 75 countries, Canada to China. Our instructors are certified Zumba teachers as well as dance teachers for salsa, bachata, merengue, and other styles.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which originated in ancient India.
This Yoga class is made for all persons who want to train their body-mind-breath-connection, improve their physically strength and get away from the hustle of everyday life. The class begins with a short meditation, spiritual talk or breathing exercise (Pranayama), followed by Yoga postures (Asanas) – suitable for ´every body` (there will always be alternatives) – and will close with a relaxation position (Savasana) and a mutual farewell.
